Chelsea new development: boutique living and larger homes at The Myles
The Myles on West 21st Street is now in sales, adding a new comparison point for Chelsea buyers. Layout and ongoing costs deserve attention alongside square footage.
Prepared September 19, 2026, using September 17 coverage and developer and project materials checked September 19. Prices are reported asking figures, not closing prices or a promise of current availability.
A boutique addition to the Chelsea search
The Myles is at 142 West 21st Street. Grid Group and the project website identify 22 condominium residences designed by BKSK Architects. CityRealty reported on September 17 that sales were underway, with asking prices then starting near $2.995 million for two-bedroom homes and $5.975 million for four-bedroom homes.
Look closely at services in a smaller building
The official site lists a 24-hour attended lobby, fitness and wellness facilities, and a roof terrace, with in-building parking available for separate purchase. This offers a useful option for buyers who prefer fewer neighbors. Building size alone does not establish service quality or future price performance.
Make the viewing fit the way you live
Start with your needs for bedrooms, a separate workspace, storage and outdoor space, then compare daylight, circulation, common charges and property taxes. Confirm parking costs, delivery terms and the availability of each home.
