Manhattan luxury sales: a Sutton Tower three-bedroom closes near $7.94 million
A newly published sales report features Sutton Tower residence 65A. Its history helps distinguish the closing date from the reporting week and offers a starting point for comparing homes.
Prepared September 17, 2026. CityRealty published its September 6–12 recorded-sales report on September 16. StreetEasy dates the 65A closing September 3; a recording period is not the closing period for every transaction.
A luxury closing in the new report
CityRealty’s September 16 review features residence 65A at Sutton Tower. The Corcoran listing history on StreetEasy records a September 3 closing at $7,942,168, following an $8,100,000 asking price. The condominium has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and approximately 2,295 square feet. This is a recorded past transaction, not an available home.
Separate activity from price direction
The same report counts 294 Manhattan apartment sales recorded September 6–12, up 12% from the preceding week, while total dollar volume edged lower. The period included Labor Day. Individual luxury closings offer comparison points; they do not establish that all high-end homes are appreciating.
Turn a closing into useful viewing questions
When comparing homes within a building, list the layout, floor, orientation, outlook and monthly charges before choosing comparable sales. One residence’s closing price cannot simply be applied to another.
Sutton Tower’s official availability page continued to display other residences when checked September 17. Contact Daimian to compare Manhattan condominiums around your budget and living plans, and confirm each unit’s availability and terms before a viewing.
